Bundesliga 2020-2021: First Matchday Preview
Bundesliga new season starts on September 18, with Bayern Munich hosting Schalke 04 at Allianz Arena in the opening match.
Bundesliga champions are expected to win the match and their first three points of the season.
In their opening match, vice-champions of the previous season, Borussia Dortmund will host Borussia M.Gladbach in Signal Iduna Park, who finished forth last season. This is the central game of the matchday and both sides have almost equal chances to get the three points.
Leipzig, who finished third last season, will host Mainz 05 and are expected to set a comfortable victory.
