Zlatan Ibrahimovic is one of the best attackers in the world.
Ibra playes for Italian AC Milan since January, 2020. He also was the captain of the Sweden national team.
Zlatan has started his career at Malmö FF in 1999, signing for Ajax after 2 years. In 2004, he came to Serie A, and the first team he signed for was Juventus (for €16 million). In 92 matches scoring 26 goals, Ibra joined another Italian giant: Inter, where he played 117 matches, scoring 66 goals, winning 3 Scudetto and 2 Italian Cups.
The next destination of Zlatan Ibrahimovic was Barcelona. He spent there only 1 season. Being not able to adapt in that team for popular reason and the relationship with Barca coach Guardiola, Ibrahimovic came back to Serie A, but this time joined AC Milan. As the future has shown, Ibra spent 2 impressive seasons, in 103 matches scoring 64 goals. With Milan, Ibra won the Serie A and Italian Cup once.
However, even he had no desire to leave Milan, Ibra joined PSG for €20 million in 2012. He signed a three-year contract with an annual salary of €14 million, becoming the 2nd highest paid football player.
4 seasons in France, 180 matches and 156 goals. His French adventures were quite exciting. Yet, after playing for Serie A, La Liga and Ligue 1, he was going to join the Premier League, where he set 53 appearances and 29 goals for Manchester United. Also here, he spent only 2 seasons, then joined LA Galaxy for another 2 seasons.
So far, his football journey continues in Milan, where he came back this year, and as he once said: “Often, you do not go back to where you were, but Milan, I can imagine. This is a club where I could imagine going back if I had to choose.”
So, Ibra is back where he would like to be and as he said: “I’m looking for the last bit of adrenaline I might have.”
