No fans in the stadiums during the first two matchdays of Serie A 2020-2021 due to the coronavirus.

As la Repubblica reports, Italian teams will play their first matches of the new Serie A season in empty stadiums. As it is stated, stadiums will be closed for even a reduced number of fans.

This new decree will be valid until 30 September and will directly concern the first two days of the championship.

It’s worth noting that Italian stadiums have not welcomed fans since the early March of the current year.

The new season of Serie A is scheduled to start on 19, September, with the match between Fiorentina and Torino in Firenze at 6:00 PM (local time).
